The Basics of Being "Unbeatable"

The Goal: Teaching the "Ready Stance." We focus on how to stand, move, and use the hands so that catching the ball becomes second nature.

What they’ll learn: How to move their feet quickly and catch the ball safely without dropping it.

Takeaway: Your child will look more stable and "ready" the moment a shot is taken.

Stopping the Hard Shots

The Goal: Teaching how to dive safely and effectively. We focus on landing correctly to avoid injury and getting back up instantly.
What they’ll learn: Diving to the corners and "Double Saves"—learning that the job isn't over just because they blocked the first shot.

Takeaway: You’ll see them become more athletic and resilient, jumping back into the play immediately.

Breakaways & Starting the Attack

The Goal: Managing 1-on-1 situations and becoming the "11th player" on the field.

What they’ll learn: How to safely rush out to stop a striker and how to kick or throw the ball accurately to start a counter-attack for their team.

Takeaway: Your child won't just be a "goalie"—they’ll be a playmaker who helps the team transition to offense.
