Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Conscious Athlete Academy, we hold ourselves to the highest standards of preparation, field reservation, coaching staff allocation, and program structuring. Because roster spots are strictly limited to ensure quality coaching and attention, we enforce the following Refund & Cancellation Policy for all registrations made through https://www.consciousathleteacademy.com.

 

By registering for any of our programs, camps, clinics, or tours, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. General Programs, Camps & Player Academy

​​

  • Standard Registration Fees: All tuition fees, deposits, and registration payments for camps, clinics, off-season training, and Player Academy programs are non-refundable.

​

  • Cancellations Initiated by Parent/Player:

    • If you cancel more than 14 days prior to the start date of a program or camp, you are eligible to receive a future program credit (minus a $50 administrative processing fee) usable toward any Conscious Athlete Academy service within 12 months.

    • Cancellations made within 14 days of a program or camp start date are non-refundable and non-creditable, as coaching staff and facility fees have already been committed.

2. International Tours & Special Events (e.g., European Tournament 2027)

 

Due to international vendor agreements, airline deposits, hotel reservations, and tournament entry commitments made far in advance:

​

  • Deposits & Installments: All deposits and monthly installment payments for international tours, including the European Tournament 2027, are 100% non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Travel Insurance Recommendation: We strongly advise all participating families to purchase independent Travel & Event Interruption Insurance to cover unexpected trip cancellations, travel delays, or medical emergencies.

3. Medical Exceptions

 

If an athlete suffers a medical injury or illness that prevents participation:

  • A future program credit (pro-rated for remaining unused sessions) may be issued at the sole discretion of Conscious Athlete Academy management.

  • To qualify for a medical credit, you must provide a signed medical note from a licensed physician stating that the participant cannot participate in athletic training.

  • Cash or credit card refunds will not be issued for medical withdrawals.

4. Weather, Field Closures & Unforeseen Circumstances (Force Majeure)

​​

  • Outdoor athletic training is subject to weather conditions. In the event of severe weather, poor air quality, or facility/field closures beyond our control, we will make every reasonable effort to schedule make-up sessions.

  • No cash or credit refunds will be issued for sessions canceled due to weather, field closures, or emergency events outside the Academy's direct control.

5. Program Cancellations by Conscious Athlete Academy

 

If Conscious Athlete Academy is forced to cancel a camp, clinic, or program in its entirety due to insufficient enrollment or scheduling conflicts:

​

  • Participants will receive a 100% full refund to their original form of payment, or the option to transfer their balance to another equivalent program.

​
