Welcome to Conscious Athlete Academy ("we," "our," "us," or the "Academy"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website located at https.consciousathleteacademy.com (the "Site"), as well as your enrollment in and participation in our soccer training programs, camps, clinics, player academy, and international tours (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing the Site, registering a player, or purchasing any Service, you ("User," "Parent," "Guardian," or "Participant") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Site or register for our programs.
1. General Eligibility & Registrations

Age Requirements: Registration for any training program, camp, or event must be completed by a parent or legal guardian who is at least 18 years of age. Minor athletes may not register themselves without verifiable parental consent.

Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process (including emergency contact and medical information) and to update such information as necessary.

Accountability: Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring their participating athlete adheres to all Academy rules, schedules, and codes of conduct.
2. Payments, Billing, and Automatic Renewals

Pricing: All fees for camps, academies, private coaching, and international tours are displayed on the Site in USD and are subject to change prior to registration.

Payment Processing: Payments are processed securely via third-party providers (such as Stripe or Wix Payments). By submitting payment details, you authorize us to charge the specified amount for your selected program.

Recurring Billing: If you enroll in a recurring membership or multi-month training academy, you authorize Conscious Athlete Academy to automatically charge your designated payment method on the scheduled billing dates until canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy.
3. Refunds, Cancellations, and Make-Up Sessions

General Programs & Camps: All registration fees, deposits, and tuition are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing for a specific program.

International Tours (e.g., European Tournament 2027): Tour deposits and installment payments are strictly non-refundable due to contractual commitments with third-party vendors, airlines, and accommodation providers. We strongly recommend purchasing independent travel insurance.

Weather & Unforeseen Events: In the event of severe weather, field closures, or events beyond our control (force majeure), every reasonable attempt will be made to reschedule sessions. Refunds or credits will not be issued for weather-related cancellations.

Player Cancellations: If a participant drops out due to medical reasons, a partial credit toward future programs may be issued at the sole discretion of the Academy, provided a signed doctor’s note is presented.
4. Physical Activity, Health, and Liability Waiver

Assumption of Risk: Soccer and athletic training involve inherent risks of physical injury. By enrolling a participant, parents/guardians voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in Academy training, including travel to and from events.

Medical Fitness: You represent that the registered athlete is physically fit and has no medical condition that would prevent safe participation in athletic activities.

Emergency Medical Authorization: In the event of an emergency, you authorize Conscious Athlete Academy staff to seek necessary medical attention for the participant if a parent/guardian cannot be reached immediately. You agree to be financially responsible for any associated medical costs.

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Conscious Athlete Academy, its owners, coaches, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from athletic injury, property damage, or participation in any program.
5. Media Release & Image Use

By enrolling in any Academy program, you grant Conscious Athlete Academy a royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to capture and use photographs, audio, and video footage of the participant for marketing, social media, website display, and promotional purposes.

If you wish to opt out of media exposure for your child, you must submit a written request to us prior to the start of the program or check the appropriate opt-out box during registration.
6. Code of Conduct and Dismissal
We hold our athletes and parents to high standards of sportsmanship, respect, and discipline.

Expected Behavior: Participants and parents must show respect to coaches, officials, teammates, and opponents at all times.

Zero Tolerance: Bullying, harassment, dangerous play, drug/alcohol use, foul language, or disrespectful behavior toward coaching staff will not be tolerated.

Right of Dismissal: Conscious Athlete Academy reserves the right to suspend or dismiss any athlete or parent from a program without a refund if they violate our Code of Conduct.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site—including text, logos, graphics, videos, training curriculum, and branding—is the exclusive intellectual property of Conscious Athlete Academy and is protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without our prior written permission.
8. Third-Party Links & Services
Our Site may contain links to third-party websites (e.g., social media platforms, flight booking partners, or tournament organizers). We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites.
9. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Site or participation in our programs following any changes constitutes acceptance of those updates.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State in which Conscious Athlete Academy is registered, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
